1. Established in 1962 Founder : Mr. Y. P. Agarwal Marketing manager : Mr. Lokendra Agarwal Training manager : Mr. Ashutosh Agarwal An ISO 9001:2000 certified Export sales to more than 40 countries (Egypt,U.S.A,France,Canada……..) 12500 customers in India and abroad

2. Soldering
“ a primary skill” Soldering is the process of making a sound electrical and mechanical joint between certain metals by joining them with a soft solder…………. 1. Melting Point of soldering wire should be very less than M.P. of parts to be joined. 2. Parts to be soldered on same temperature.

3. What is Robotics?
Robotics is an applied science that is referred to as a combination of machine tools and computer applications The word robotics is used to collectively define a field in engineering that covers the mimicking of various human characteristics Sound concepts in many engineering disciplines is needed for working in this particular field

4. What is a Robot ?
“A re-programmable, multifunctional manipulator designed to move material, parts, tools, or specialized devices through various programmed motions for the performance of a variety of tasks.”

5. The term robotics was coined in the 1940s by science fiction writer Isaac Asimov. Asimov's Laws of Robotics: A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such order would conflict with the First Law. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

6. Robot characteristics
Mobility Programmability Sensing Mechanical capability

7. Is a mechanical unit that provides motion similar to that of a human arm. Its primary function is to provide the specific motion that will enable the tooling at the end of the arm to do the required work.

8. Power Supply
There are three basic types of power supplies: ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC PNEUMATIC Typical power requirement ranges from 3V to 24V DC 220V AC supply must be modified to suit the needs of our machine Batteries can also be used to run robots

9. Controller
The controller is a communication and information processing device that initiates, terminates and coordinates the motions and sequences of a robot. It accepts necessary inputs to the robot and provides the outside drive signals to a controlling motor or actuator to correspond with the robot movements and outside world.

3. ACHIEVEMENTS AND CERTIFICATES
“MINI RATNA” AWARD : In the year 1997 for its all round performance & excellent products by the Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Industry, Government of India “ELECTRONICS EXCELLENCE” AWARD: 1991 & 2001 by Government of India

4. AIM OF INDUSTRY
Basic objective in the dairy development program is to increase the production of milk. Milk collection depends on prompt payment of fair & correct price to encourage producers in increase milk production. The systems of production of high quality milk discourage adulteration & encourage producers to increase production of high quality milk. It is further very necessary that each sample of milk should be tested for its quality & testing should be completed with in 2 to 3 hours time in order to make correct payment. Milk sample would also get spoiled if not tested immediately in the absence of facility to preserve them, especially at village level.

5. AGRO DAIRY PRODUTS ELECTRONIC MILK TESTER DATA PROCESSOR ELECTRONIC MILK TESTER AUTOMATIC MILK COLLECTION UNIT MILKO SCAN FOSSOMATIC MINOR

6. ELECTRONIC MILK TESTER PREVIOUS TESTING METHOD
Age- old traditional ‘GERBER’ method of testing milk by chemicals has many inherent draw backs, such as human error, multiplex method, handing of corrosive chemical & different type of glass ware. All these add to the cost & time of milk testing.

7. ELECTRONIC MILK TESTER DESCRIPTION :
EMT has been adopted as an essential instrument for measurement of milk fat. Percentage of fat content is displayed on digital readout.

 8. EMT ASSEMBLY
1. CABLE ASSEMBLY 1&2 : 1 for a.c. section & 2 for d.c. sectio:n 2. CHARGER REGULATOR : to charge battery 3. REGULATOR SUPPLY : 14volt, 5 ampere 4. SWITCHING UNIT: 5. DISPENSER UNIT : 0.5ml milk(50 ml from customer) DILUENT: 6.5 ml (sachet powder) + Lubricant( antifoam triton x100) 6. PHOTOMETER: Piston cylinder + cuvette glass + Photo cell + Measure PCB 7. REAR PANEL: Selector Switch 8. POWER SUPPLY: 9. HOMOGENIZER: 10. CONTROL PANEL

9. WORKING PRINCIPLE :
IT WORKS ON THE PHOTOMETRIC MEASURMENT OF LIGHT SCATERED BY FAT GLOBULES PRESENT IN THE MILK SAMPLE. WARM UP DE-AIRING SYRINGES ZERO CHECK DEAIRING THE HOMOGENIZER
